We are currently seeking an Integration Lead to join our growing Delivery team in Porto, Portugal.

What you’ll be doing

- Design and implement integration solutions, as part of large transformation programs, using different tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka;
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand integration requirements and deliver scalable and reliable solutions;
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the successful deployment of integration components;
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to other team members;
- Monitor and troubleshoot integration processes to ensure operational excellence;
- Contribute to project planning, estimations, and risk management activities;

What we are looking for

- 5+ years of overall experience in software development or system integration roles;
- At least 3 years in similar Integration Lead or Senior Integration Consultant positions;
- Strong experience with PL/SQL and ORDS (mandatory);
- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Java Spring or Kafka;
- Experience with Oracle Retail Architecture and Integration, is a strong plus, but not mandatory;
- Ability to work collaboratively in fast-paced environments and lead technical discussions;
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
- Availability to travel;
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
