Right now, we are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to integrate our internal team, based in Lisbon.

Your responsibilities include:

- Design, deploy, and maintain scalable, secure, and highly available infrastructure primarily in Azure;
- Manage Kubernetes clusters, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security;
- Implement and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform;
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support seamless infrastructure delivery;
- Contribute to the development of microservices or business applications deployed in Kubernetes using .NET and/or Java;
- Implement and maintain monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure infrastructure reliability and quick incident resolution;
- Use tools and platforms such as Datadog or similar to improve system visibility;
- Collaborate with development teams to establish and maintain Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets;
- Partner with development teams to ensure infrastructure aligns with application requirements and performance needs;
- Provide technical guidance on best practices for deployment, scaling, and reliability, including software development in Kubernetes;
- Act as a bridge between operations and development, fostering a DevOps culture.

You must have:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience);
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in SRE roles, including previous experience developing code in microservice patterns and/or business applications in Kubernetes using .NET and/or Java;
- Strong expertise with Azure services, including networking, storage, and compute;
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (AKS preferred), including cluster management and troubleshooting;
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform;
- Solid understanding of observability principles and experience with tool Datadog;
- Strong scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python, or PowerShell);
- Experience developing microservices or business applications in Kubernetes using .NET and/or Java;
- Familiarity with software development best practices, version control, and CI/CD for application deployment;

Certifications:

- Certified Kubernetes Administrator or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert;
- Datadog Fundamentals;
- Terraform Associate;
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals.
