What You’ll Do

- Build and scale backend services using Python, Go, or Node.js

- Contribute to full‑stack features with TypeScript + React where applicable

- Design APIs, real‑time pipelines, and distributed systems for production workloads

- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver end‑to‑end solutions

- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code

- Influence architecture, tooling, and best practices in a fast‑growing startup environment

- Leverage AI‑assisted development tools like Cursor to speed up workflow

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years of experience as a backend or full‑stack engineer

- Strong in Python, Go, or Node.js

- Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React/TypeScript) is a plus

- Experience in VC‑backed startups or scale‑ups

- Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Strong fundamentals: distributed systems, APIs, databases

- Collaborative, self‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑moving startup environment

Bonus Points

- Experience in fintech, payments, or AI‑assisted tooling

- Exposure to event‑driven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub)

- Experience contributing to developer tooling or internal frameworks

- Interest in using Cursor or other AI coding tools

- Prior scale‑up experience with high‑growth products
