We are looking for an Amazing: Business Analyst

Seniority: Mid (3-5 years)

Type of position: Onsite Lisbon. Candidates need to be already living in Portugal

The amazing you, will have:

- We are looking for a Business Analyst with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- The ideal candidate should have at least [X] years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- The candidate must have technical knowledge in process modeling tools such as BPMN, UML, Visio, or other process mapping tools, and experience with data analysis tools like advanced Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or other BI tools.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project is essential, as well as basic knowledge of SQL, system integration, and process automation.
- The ability to create clear and precise technical documentation, including functional and non-functional requirements, use cases, flow diagrams, and use case diagrams, is required.
- Experience with CRM and ERP platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, or other CRM/ERP solutions is a plus.
- The candidate should also be familiar with collaboration platforms such as Confluence, SharePoint, or other documentation and teamwork tools.
- Interpersonal skills are key, with the ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with various departments and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate technical requirements into clear and accessible language for different audiences.

- Additionally, certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or other related certifications are a plus.
- English is mandatory.
- French is appreciated.
