Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for keeping complex projects running smoothly?
Our client, a leading international construction company, is hiring a Document Controller to support two major projects in Sines - a cutting-edge data centre and a cable landing station.
You'll play a key role in managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and traceability across all stages of delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to join a world-class engineering and construction team delivering mission-critical infrastructure in Portugal.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control project documentation, drawings, and records.
- Maintain document management systems and ensure version control.
- Liaise with engineers, QA/QC, and subcontractors to ensure accurate information flow.
- Track document reviews and coordinate approvals.
- Support the project team in preparing handover and close-out documentation.
About You:
- 3+ years' experience as a Document Controller in construction or engineering projects.
- Familiar with Aconex, Asite, or SharePoint.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Fluent in English; Portuguese is an advantage.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Sines, Portugal.
