Responsibilities:
As a French Speaking Advisor, your responsibilities include:
- Assist viewers via phone and/or chat with various queries
- Provide account and application support, especially regarding software functionality
- Offer technical support and troubleshoot system configurations and network settings
- Respond accurately and promptly to viewer inquiries
Requirements:
To be selected as a French Speaking Advisor, you should have:
- Native-level proficiency in French (written and oral) and fluent English (B2)
- A passion for entertainment and media
- Excellent communication skills, empathy, team spirit, and customer focus
- Familiarity with digital streaming services and devices
- Eligibility to work in Portugal, either with an EU passport or valid work permit
