Role Overview:

We are looking for an Application Engineer (Support) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading digital solutions provider specialized in delivering innovative technology services for major international organizations.

What you will do:

- Implement custom configurations based on Line of Business (LoB) requirements.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to team deliveries and business applications.
- Troubleshoot and debug flows related to WCC, PCRME, and Order Management (OM+).
- Analyze logs to identify and document root causes of incidents (RCA).
- Maintain and troubleshoot integrations across systems (e.g., GitLab, Jenkins, CI/CD Pipelines).
- Resolve technical issues affecting key components such as OM+, Web Center Content, and PCRME.
- Develop or maintain automation and tooling scripts.
- Validate configuration changes and support production deployments.
- Provide RCA documentation to prevent future incidents.
- Contribute to team knowledge base by maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.

What you are like:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in application support, scripting, or configuration roles.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise systems or support engineering environments.
- Proficiency with WCC (WebCenter Content), OM+, and PCRME.
- Experience with GitLab and CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Pipelines).
- Ability to script and develop automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
