Descrição da Função

Local: Lisboa (Híbrido)

Descritivo da função: A Mind Source está a reforçar a sua Equipa de Web & Mobile Apps com um consultor funcional de Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Perfil:

1. Licenciatura em Engenharia Informática, Informática de Gestão ou similar;
2. Experiência profissional superior a 3/4 anos com Power Automate e Power Platform;
3. Experiência no design de soluções complexas e integrações de CRM;
4. Sólidos conhecimentos de soluções baseadas em eventos e motores de regras de eventos;
5. Conhecimentos práticos de Microsoft Dynamics 365 ou outras plataformas CRM;
6. Capacidade de preparar documentação funcional, casos de uso e fluxos de processos;
7. Excelentes competências de comunicação e interpessoais para interagir com clientes e partes interessadas;
8. Nível de Inglês B2 (mínimo);
9. Boas capacidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
