Elspec Company, a leader in innovative technology solutions for the energy sector, is looking for a motivated Engineer to join our team. We specialize in developing advanced tools that help businesses and utilities improve efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities:
- Agent and Partner Development in Europe: Build and manage relationships with agents and partners to grow Elspec's business across Europe.
- Market Research and Analysis: Research potential partners and markets to generate leads and close deals, helping Elspec expand its presence.
- Training and Support: Train new clients and support agents/distributors to ensure they use Elspec's products effectively.
- International Travel: Travel to meet agents, customers, and attend events/exhibitions.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Electrical Engineering preferred).
- Communication: Fluent in English (spoken and written). Knowledge of Spanish, French, or German is a plus.
- Presentation and Negotiation: Strong skills in presenting, negotiating, and building relationships.
- Proactive: Self-driven with a focus on business growth.
