Chez Yxir, startup innovante soutenue par EDF, nous développons un logiciel qualité alimenté par l'IA,qui permet auxindustriels de faire de la qualité un véritable levier de croissance.

Nous recherchons un·e stagiaire SalesOps motivé·e pour 6 mois, afin de structurer et d’optimiser notre organisation commerciale et marketing.

Tes missions

- Optimisation du CRM (HubSpot) pour améliorer la qualité des données et l’efficacité des équipes.

- Création de tableaux de bord (Sales, Marketing, Projets) pour piloter la performance.

- Amélioration des process Sales / SDR et participation à leur documentation.

- Optimisation de la stack sales pour fluidifier le travail des commerciaux.

- Collaboration transversale avec les équipes Sales, Marketing et Projets.

Profil recherché

- Étudiant·e en fin d’études (école de commerce, université, ou formation équivalente).

- Une première expérience SaaS est souhaitée.

- Organisé·e, rigoureux·se et orienté·e solutions.

- Curiosité pour l’industrie et l’optimisation des process.

- Forte culture du digitale.
