Principais Atividades
- Implementar e parametrizar SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, garantindo a correta configuração dos processos de RH.
- Apoiar clientes na definição de requisitos, desenho funcional e execução de testes.
- Assegurar integração com outros módulos SAP e sistemas externos.
- Gerir evoluções e incidentes, garantindo qualidade e cumprimento de prazos.
- Colaborar com equipas internacionais e reportar diretamente à equipa em Espanha.
Requisitos Técnicos e Linguísticos
- Experiência mínima de 3 anos em SAP SuccessFactors EC.
- Conhecimento sólido dos processos de RH e boas práticas de implementação.
