Job position

We are seeking an experienced Group Travel Designer to join our team in Lisbon, Portugal. The ideal candidate is proactive, client-oriented, and detail-focused, with excellent communication skills and a passion for creating exceptional group travel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, plan, and manage customized group travel itineraries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Provide expert guidance on destinations, accommodations, activities, and logistics.
- Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including transportation, accommodation, experiences, and on-site services.
- Ensure seamless execution of all programs, with meticulous attention to detail.

Requirements

- Minimum 3 years of experience in group travel planning or event management (mandatory).
- Based in Lisbon (mandatory).
- Fluency in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a strong advantage.
- Solid knowledge of tourist destinations in the Iberian Peninsula (Spain & Portugal); Morocco is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly proactive and client-focused.
- Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail.
