- Respond efficiently and effectively to customer inquiries within the defined timescales.
- Develop and maintain full technical knowledge of the products and services.
- Handle all correspondence as required/requested.
- Accurately log all calls in line with established procedures.
- Maintain and update job-related administrative tasks responsibly.
