What You'll Be Doing:
- Moderate user-generated content (text, images, videos) in German, ensuring everything adheres to our policies and community guidelines.
- Spot and remove inappropriate content like hate speech, harassment, and anything that violates platform standards to maintain a positive environment.
- Provide clear, helpful feedback to users on content removals and policy enforcement.
- Collaborate closely with your team to ensure content is handled efficiently and quickly.
- Stay on top of industry trends, legal regulations, and best practices to improve content moderation processes.
- Problem-solve and manage sensitive issues with care and professionalism, escalating when necessary.
- Contribute to improving user experiences by maintaining a high standard of quality and attention to detail.
What We're Looking For:
- Fluency in German (C2 level) and a strong command of English (B2/C1).
