Platform Engineer (Porto, Hybrid)

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer to help design, automate, and scale modern cloud platforms in Porto (Portugal).

If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, working with Kubernetes, and building automation-first systems, this is the perfect opportunity.

Your mission:

- Design, build, and operate Kubernetes Operators and IaC solutions using Terraform
- Automate cloud environments and incident response processes
- Develop and improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD)
- Enhance monitoring, alerting, and reliability using tools like Grafana and Prometheus
- Collaborate in root cause analysis and implement self-healing capabilities for enterprise systems
- Work with modern Cloud environments (preferably Azure or GCP)

What we’re looking for:

- 8+ years of experience in Platform or DevOps Engineering
- Solid programming skills in Go and/or Python
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (CKA or OpenShift certification required)
- Proficiency with Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code tools
- Experience with Linux systems and cloud-native architectures
- Knowledge of Generative AI tools is a plus
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Based in Portugal, with availability to go on-site in Maia twice a week
