About the Job
blink-i T is seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant & Solution Architect to lead the design, implementation and optimization of enterprise-grade solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform . You will be responsible for designing scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions across Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Insights, while guiding delivery teams and advising clients.
Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Solution Design

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for Dynamics 365 implementations.
- Design scalable solutions using Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, Customer Service, and Customer Insights.
- Architect integrations with external systems using Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, etc.).
- Define data migration strategies, security models, and reporting frameworks.

Consulting & Delivery

- Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and fit-gap analyses with stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
- Guide Agile delivery teams through configuration, customization, and deployment.
- Ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and delivery methodologies.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Mentor and lead cross-functional teams of consultants and developers.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
- Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and proposal development.

Platform Expertise

- Leverage Power Platform components: Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
- Utilize Dynamics 365 modules for CRM, case management, task management, and customer engagement.
- Implement Customer Insights for data-driven personalization and segmentation.

Your experience includes

- 8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
- Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Consultant on enterprise projects.
- Deep functional expertise in Dynamics Sales, Project Operations, and Customer Service.
- Strong understanding of Customer Insights and data modeling.
- Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops, CI/CD pipelines, and ALM practices.
- Proficiency in C#,. NET, Java Script, SQL, and integration tools like Kingsway Soft.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to define and deliver internal and external technical training.
- C1–C2 level English proficiency.
- Nice to have Portuguese Or Spanish.
