Problem Solving - Exceptional analytical skills to identify root causes of complex, cross‑module system failures. Communication - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical details to both IT and business audiences. Utilities Industry Knowledge - Proactive identification and mitigation of technical and operational risks in the "Run" environment. Strategic Thinking - Demonstrates the ability to align architectural decisions with long‑term business objectives, ensuring that technical solutions support scalability, agility, and innovation across the enterprise. Leadership - Proven track record of leading cross‑functional technical teams, fostering collaboration, and mentoring developers to elevate overall delivery quality and platform maturity.
