Job Location: Porto, Portugal (On-Site) Start Date: February 13, 2025 Employment Type: Full-Time, Fixed-Term Contract, subject to extension

Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 08:00–19:00 (rotating shifts); Weekends off

Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and virtual reality? We are looking for German-speaking Customer Service Representatives to support an advanced virtual reality headset designed for immersive gaming. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a smooth user experience for users across Europe.

Prerequisites:

- Fluent in German (C1+) and proficient in English (B2+)

- Interest in virtual reality and gaming is a plus

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Willingness to work on-site in Porto

- EU member state passport or a valid residence card for Portugal

What is on the Offer?

Base Salary: EUR 1,100 (paid over 14 months)

Meal Allowance: EUR 7.63 per working day (net)

Relocation Package

- From outside Portugal:

- Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months (EUR 280/month, deducted from salary, all utilities included)

- Reimbursement of airfare (up to EUR 400 in economy class) after 180 days of employment

- From inside Portugal:

- Travel reimbursement (up to EUR 150 in economy class) after 180 days of employment

- Housing provided on a case by case basis
