Job Description:

A leading company specializing in technological solutions is seeking a Payroll Specialist for temporary HR team reinforcement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pursue accurate and compliant payroll processing across EMEA countries.
  • Maintain adherence to local payroll regulations, tax laws, and labor requirements.
  • Address employee payroll queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage and optimize HRIS (SuccessFactors) data accuracy.
  • Oversee attendance and time-tracking systems, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports.
  • Report payroll masters to Finance.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping for internal and external audits.
  • Manage all HR-related documents, including contract documents.
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Human Resources or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or Compensation & Benefits Roles.
  • Experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors).
  • Strong Excel and HR analytics skills.
  • English language proficiency at B1/B2 level.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit.
  • Resilience, methodical approach, and attention to detail.
