Senior Support Engineer / Team Lead

Requirements

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT (Development, Support, others)

- Key skills are any programming language, APIs, XML, JSON

- Must have good knowledge on Cloud computing services offered by either of the cloud providers – Microsoft Azure, added advantage if they know SegNum Cloud

- Must have clear Database concepts and scripting

- Knowledge on Incident management (ServiceNow or any other ITSM tools)

- Good to have knowledge on integration

- Good to have API knowledge

- Excellent communication and organization skills

- Fluent in English. French will be considered a plus.

Location

Lisbon, Braga, Coimbra, hybrid
