Your mission will be…

Key Responsibilities

- Identifying Opportunities & Running AI Workshops: Assist in engaging with stakeholders to understand business challenges and help identify opportunities for AI-driven digitalization.

- Provide support in the preparation and execution of AI workshops, progressively taking on more responsibility in facilitating discussions and shaping business use cases.

- AI Consultation: Assess business processes, identify inefficiencies, and evaluate AI-driven optimization opportunities.

- Participate in workshops and discussions, gradually building the expertise to provide strategic guidance on AI and digitalization initiatives.

- Business Analysis & Strategic Consulting: Gather, document, and structure business requirements, to translate them into actionable insights.

- Conduct research and analysis to support process improvement recommendations, to drive business analysis efforts over time independently.

- Solution Ideation & Implementation: Support solution ideation sessions with UX designers, developers, architects, and business stakeholders, contributing to solution design and validation.

- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.

- Assist in monitoring solution implementation, gathering feedback, and supporting continuous improvement efforts, with the aim of leading initiatives in the future.

We are looking for someone with…

Required

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.

- 0-2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Digital Consulting, or related fields (also as a working student).

- Basic understanding of AI technologies, automation, and digital platforms.

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.

- Fluency in English.

Preferred

- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks, RPA tools, or data analytics platforms.

- Familiarity with Agile, Design Thinking, or UX methodologies.

- Interest in digital transformation and process optimization.
