Mission, Roles & Responsibilities

- Deploy and improve automatic systems, regulate and control, and ensure their reliability.

- Deploy and improve pneumatic, electric, hydraulic, and other systems and control their effective operation.

- Program logic controllers and ensure their proper functioning.

- Actively participate in 8D activities related to the area.

- Create and implement security routines to guarantee equipment backups.

- Provide necessary support to maintain production, assess the efficiency of interventions, and ensure their follow‑up.

- Collaborate in preventive/curative maintenance of all equipment and participate in the construction of new equipment.

- Follow up on the reception of new equipment.

- Ensure full respect of HSE rules and legislation.

Profile & Competencies

- Minimum education level: Degree in Automation Engineering, Mechanical (automation), Electronics Engineering, or Mecatronics.

- Minimum 2 years of experience in an industrial environment.

- Good knowledge of lean manufacturing.

- Good knowledge of maintenance and industrial equipment.

- Good knowledge of electric, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

- English language proficiency required.

- Good skills in technical project management.

- Teamwork and ability to work in a matrix environment.

- Siemens PLC programming (preferred).

- Artificial inspection systems knowledge.

- Visual Basic programming.

- Knowledge of civil responsibility of the producer.

- LCM leadership competencies.

- KUKA robot knowledge (preferred).

- FANUC robot knowledge (preferred).
