Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Avaloq core banking functionalities
- Implement business requirements using Avaloq Script, PL/SQL, and Parameterization
- Customize Avaloq modules related to payments, securities, CRM, accounts, and reporting
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and operations teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
- Perform technical analysis, debugging, and performance optimization
- Ensure solutions comply with security, compliance, and regulatory standards
- Participate in system upgrades, releases, and production support
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team Required Skills & Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Avaloq Banking Platform
- Proficiency in Avaloq Script and Oracle PL/SQL
- Solid understanding of core banking processes (payments, securities, corporate actions, custody, etc.)
- Experience with Avaloq parameterization and interfaces
- Familiarity with Unix/Linux environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a collaborative, Agile or DevOps-oriented environment
- 4 days at the office per week, 1 at home Nice to Have
- Experience in private banking or wealth management
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g., AML, KYC, reporting)
- Exposure to integration technologies (REST, MQ, batch interfaces)
