🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 1–3 years of SAP CRM experience.
- Hands-on experience in at least one full lifecycle CRM implement. Advanced English is mandatory as most of the internal stakeholders are part of an international team.
- Basic knowledge of SAP CRM and utilities processes (preferably).
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Attributes:

- Familiarity with SAP IS-U and CRM Web UI
- Interest in Agile methodologies.

🧐 HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?

Configuration & Support

- Assist in SAP CRM setup for Marketing, Sales, and Service.
- Support data migration and integration activities.

Testing & Documentation

- Perform basic test cases and record outcomes.
- Prepare user guides and training materials.

Team Collaboration

- Work closely with senior consultants and architects.
- Participate in workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.

- Workplace: Lisbon + hybrid work
- Work Schedule: 9AM to 6PM
