Your responsibilities:

- Manage direct search processes for senior management positions across various sectors
- Build trusted relationships with top executives and provide strategic advice
- Drive business development and position Hays as a benchmark in Executive Search
- Collaborate on international projects and strategic initiatives

Your profile:

- Proven experience in executive recruitment or specialized consultancy
- Strong commercial orientation and ability to manage complex projects
- Excellent communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
- Fluent in Portuguese and in English
- Collaborative mindset, strategic vision, and passion for people
