All applications with skills for the position are welcome We are looking for an Amazing: French speaker Application Support Seniority: Mid level - Senior Type of position: Hybrid (2x/week at Lisbon office) The amazing you, will have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 4+ years of experience in IT Support/Application Support. Hands-on experience with application support in both Windows and Linux environments. Experience with ticketing tools (Active Directory, and Jira/Snow;) and incident management processes. Knowledge of virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V). Experience with SQL. Familiarity with monitoring tools for proactive issue identification and resolution. Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with end-users to understand and resolve their issues. Fluency in French is mandatory.
