German-speaking Advisor for the Customer Delight Team (Lisbon)

The Company

Your Responsibilities

- Process inquiries from new and existing users (small and medium-sized companies) by phone, email, and live chat.
- Offer independent and proactive customer solutions.
- Advise, train, and support the customer before and after the purchase of services.
- Solve technical problems and answer questions about services and products.

Requirements:

Your Profile

- You are fluent in German and proficient in English (B2).
- You are able to work for the project from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
- You have an interest and passion for Social Media.
