Responsibilities
- Assisting in gathering and reviewing strategic data points for new investments.
- Supporting the strategic review and implementation of ongoing business plans, including contributing to financial modelling and drafting Investment Memoranda.
- Assisting with the financial structuring of the existing portfolio, liaising with banks and investors regarding capital requirements.
- Preparing reporting and KPI analysis for existing investments to support strategic reassessment.
- Creating and presenting a wide range of updates to Investment Committees and strategic pitch materials.
- Conducting market research and analysis.
Candidate Profile
- Undergraduate and/or Master’s degree in Finance, Management, Economics, Engineering or Mathematics.
- Strong understanding of valuation methodologies.
- Knowledge of financial modelling and real estate will be considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (knowledge of VBA will be valued).
- Fluency in English (C1 or above) and Portuguese.
- Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self‑awareness and a willingness to learn and develop continuously.
- Collaborative and open attitude, contributing to a positive working culture.
- Perseverance and resilience.
