Responsibilities

- Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns.

- Oversee the creation of digital content, including blog posts, social media, and email marketing campaigns.

- Assist in product line management (feasibility analysis, development monitoring, product launches, and performance tracking).

- Manage marketing automation campaigns using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead generation strategies and nurture potential clients throughout the sales funnel.

- Coordinate multidisciplinary communication and marketing tasks, ensuring synergy between design and content teams.

- Assist in the creation and distribution of inbound marketing campaigns, including email marketing, newsletters, and landing pages.

- Evaluate and report on campaign effectiveness using analytics, providing support for strategic decisions.

Perfil ideal

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.

- Advanced knowledge of inbound marketing, CRM, and HubSpot.

- Advanced English proficiency is mandatory; Spanish is a plus.

- At least 3 years of experience in marketing and communication roles.

- Strong ability to manage multiple product launches simultaneously, with attention to detail and excellent time management skills.

- Experience and/or interest in topics related to international mobility.

- High sense of responsibility and efficient time management capabilities.
