Overview

An IT Manager at iCliGo is proactive and visionary, with experience in managing technology, people, and processes. This profile plays a key role in ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of the company’s technological infrastructure, while driving innovation and supporting business growth. This person combines strong leadership and problem-solving skills with technical expertise, ensuring that IT systems run smoothly, securely, and in alignment with the company’s goals.

Responsibilities

- Define and implement the IT strategy aligned with the company’s objectives;

- Manage and optimize the technological infrastructure (networks, servers, cloud, security, devices);

- Lead, support, and develop the IT team, fostering collaboration and best practices;

- Ensure cybersecurity, compliance, and data protection policies are applied consistently;

- Manage external vendors, IT contracts, and budget;

- Support digital transformation projects and automation of business processes;

- Act as the main point of contact for critical incidents and ensure continuity plans are in place.

What we’re looking for

- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field;

- Proven experience in IT management (ideally 5+ years in similar roles);

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, cloud environments (Azure/AWS), networks, and cybersecurity;

- Experience managing teams and external vendors;

- Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset;

- Natural curiosity and eagerness to introduce new ideas and tools that simplify daily work;

- Fluent in English.
