We are looking for a Business Analyst
Location: Lisbon | Porto
Level of Experience: Mid (3 to 6 years)
Salary Package & Benefits: €1,200 to €2,000 (salary base) + Food Allowance + Flex Benefits
Job description:
Define high-quality technical solutions aligned with bank architectural standards and current technology constraints.
Explore and implement new technologies to enhance product offerings and provide a competitive edge.
Seek simplification and rationalization of business, systems, and processes to improve straight-through processing.
Support the development of a new platform while maintaining the integrity of existing production processes.
Participate in all development stages, including high-level design, estimation, detailed design, development management, unit testing, and delivery.
Lead topics autonomously or guide offshore developers, providing mentorship and team development.
Plan resource usage according to assigned budget and timelines.
Engage with BA/PMs to contribute to analysis tasks and communicate with business sponsors.
Monitor progress, report updates, and escalate issues to ensure management visibility of risks and challenges.
Experience in the Banking System
