Tech Lead/Developpeur Front End Senior

We are looking for a Tech Lead / Senior Front-End Developer to join international projects, taking on a technical leadership role in the development of web and mobile applications, with regular communication in French and English.
🎯 Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership in front-end web and mobile development
- Define and promote best practices in architecture, code quality, and performance
- Develop modern, responsive, and user-centric interfaces
- Mentor and support junior developers (code reviews, technical guidance)
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI, back-end, product, and QA teams
- Participate in technical decisions, estimations, and solution design
- Communicate effectively with international stakeholders in French and English
🧠 Requirements
- Solid experience as a Senior Front-End Developer / Tech Lead
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on experience with modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)
- Experience in web and mobile development (e.g. React Native)
- Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design
- Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- French level B1 (mandatory) and English level B2 (mandatory)
⭐ Nice to Have
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and front-end testing (Jest, Cypress, etc.)
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong sensitivity to UX/UI principles and performance optimization
