Porto, Portugal – enjoy a vibrant coastal lifestyle, rich culture, and beautiful scenery
- Work Model: Hybrid (flexibility to balance working from home and in office).
- Competitive Earnings & Extras:
- Base
Salary:
€1,100 gross/month
- Performance Bonus: Up to €200.00/month
- Complexity Bonus: €167.86/month
- Meal Allowance: Paid over 11 months
What You'll Do
As the primary point of contact for retail service customers, you will:
- Provide top-notch inbound support and guide customers through account and app setups (such as phone banking ID, T-PIN, and Postbank app configuration).
- Deliver friendly, helpful solutions while presenting product ranges with a helpful, sales-oriented mindset.
- Support central marketing campaigns and build trust with customers across Germany and beyond. Working Schedule
- Shifts: Rotational shifts operating between 06:00 and 21:00, Monday through Sunday.
- Days Off: 2 rotational days off per week to rest and explore Porto What We Are Looking For
- Languages: Native-level or fluent proficiency in German (C1/C2) and strong working proficiency in English.
