We’re looking for a GEN AI Developer (junior to middle‑senior level) to join an up‑and‑coming Digital Factory, focused on creating the future of AI implementation within one of the world’s leading energy companies. What you’ll do

- Work with a motivated team to help us shape the next generation of intelligent systems.

- Design and implement AI agents based on Large Language Models (LLMs), with capabilities for reasoning, context integration, and action planning.

- Define and structure multi‑intent agents integrated across different domains (e.g., internal support, data analysis, task automation).

- Identify high‑impact use cases and support their prioritization with business teams.

- Develop integrations between AI agents and legacy systems (SAP, CRM, data platforms, etc.).

- Work with recent tools of the AI area such as OpenAI, Microsoft Copilot, LangChain, CrewAI, etc.

Qualifications

- Knowledge and/or hands‑on experience developing LLM‑based solutions.

- Experience with Power Automate, Azure Functions and Microsoft Dataverse to optimize business processes is valued.

- Familiarity with Python and experience with ML/AI frameworks is highly valued.

- Fluency in English is valued.
