About the Role

We're expanding our Technology Services Team capacity to support our customers.

This professional will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data automation workflows using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate combines strong SQL and database skills with expertise in Power BI and a solid understanding of data reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports (Cloud and ReportServer) to support business decision-making;
- Automate data workflows and processes using Power Automate;
- Extract, transform, and load data from relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;
- Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL queries for reporting and analytics purposes;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver functional reporting solutions;
- Support basic NoSQL databases where required for reporting and data integration;
- Document processes, report logic, and dashboards to maintain knowledge and ensure operational efficiency;
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for improving business processes and decision-making;
- Document processes, scripts, and monitoring procedures to maintain knowledge and ensure operational efficiency.

Requirements

- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power BI (Cloud and ReportServer) and Power Automate;
- Strong knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL;
- Experience with relational databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, and PostgreSQL;
- Basic understanding of NoSQL databases;
- Functional knowledge in reporting and data analysis, with the ability to translate business requirements into actionable dashboards;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail;
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with business and IT teams;
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a complex data environment;
- Good command of the English language (spoken and written).
