Our client is a prestigious global brand, renowned for quality, innovation, and iconic products. They're looking for a Marketing Specialist to implement the marketing strategy in Portugal. You'll ensure all marketing activities defined by the Iberian marketing management are carried out successfully, boost brand visibility, and support sales and retail initiatives in the local market.

Key Responsibilities

- Marketing Plan Execution: Implement the annual marketing plan from the regional team, adapting it to the Portuguese market and calendar, coordinating campaigns, product launches, events, and retail marketing activities. Ensure all initiatives reflect the global visual identity and brand standards.
- Digital & Social Media: Implement the digital strategy defined by the regional team across local channels. Manage the Portuguese social media community, maintain consistent brand tone, monitor campaign performance, and report results to the regional team.
- Communication & PR: Manage relationships with local media, influencers, photographers, and creative communities. Implement defined PR actions, draft/adapt press releases, manage interviews, and support collaborations with artists, cultural institutions, and strategic partners.
- Events & Activations: Organise and coordinate local events, product launches, workshops, exhibitions, and brand experiences. Support stores and points of sale with local marketing activities and promotions. Manage logistics and vendors, including agencies, printers, and production.
- Coordination & Reporting: Maintain communication with the Iberia Marketing Director and international teams. Manage the local marketing budget, track expenses, and prepare periodic activity and performance reports.

What You Bring

- Education: Degree in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising.
- Experience: Solid experience in marketing or communication roles, ideally in premium, luxury, or technology brands, with proven experience in implementing campaigns and managing internal and co-branding events, and media management.
- Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, excellent interpersonal skills for working with international teams, and a proactive, solution-oriented, execution-focused mindset.
- Languages: Native Portuguese, fluent English (mandatory), Spanish is a plus.
