Your Main Activities Are
- Ensure the accounting control level one on a dedicated perimeter of products within your team and ensure proper justification on all accounting control, among which is reconciliation with operations data inventory and reconciliation of sensitive accounts.
- Ensure a good collaboration with all partners and animate the relation by anticipating any known issues (pre‑closing), as well as ensure fluid communication during closing period and formalise issues and present them in order to avoid them next time (post‑closing).
- Contribute to continuous improvement of the control set‑up and ensure permanent evolutions are realised in order to avoid manual adjustment.
- Formalisation of team procedures and operating guides, which include participation of training and coaching for new joiners; formalisation of onboarding materials; and active participation in management and departmental staff meetings.
- Contribute or lead projects related to the efficiency of the processes and systems, as well as propose new developments or improvements in the existing chain, in order to secure the processes and reduce the operational risk.
- Support and cover N‑1 during its absences or unavailability on parallel perimeters.
Profile and Skills to Success
- Bachelor Degree in Economics, Finance and/or Accounting.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in Accounting and/or Finance.
- Proficient in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel.
- Fluent in English, verbal and written.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to deliver and results driven.
- Ability to collaborate and work in a team.
- Client focused.
- Ability to develop and adapt a process.
- Analytical ability.
