De que é que estamos à procura?
Um Digital & CRM Specialist que será responsável por liderar e implementar estratégias digitais e de CRM, garantindo a melhoria contínua da experiência do cliente, a personalização das comunicações e o aumento da relação com a marca. Trabalhará em estreita colaboração com equipas internas e parceiros externos para impulsionar o crescimento do negócio.
Requisitos
- Formação superior em Marketing, Gestão, ou áreas relacionadas.
- Experiência mínima de 4 anos em funções similares, preferencialmente no setor financeiro ou automóvel.
- Domínio de ferramentas de CRM (Salesforce, Dynamics ou similares).
- Domínio de ferramentas de email marketing (Marketing Cloud ou similares).
- Conhecimentos de E-commerce e Wordpress.
- Conhecimentos avançados de ferramentas de marketing digital e de análise (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, etc.).
- Experiência em campanhas pagas (PPC), automação de marketing e estratégias de conversão.
- Excelentes capacidades analíticas e de interpretação de dados.
- Fortes competências de comunicação e trabalho em equipa.
- Inglês fluente (escrito e falado).
- Espanhol (recomendado).

Quais são as funções?
Gestão de CRM:
- Desenvolver e gerir estratégias de CRM com foco na captação, retenção e satisfação de clientes.
- Analisar e segmentar base de dados de clientes para personalizar comunicações e campanhas.
- Analisar customer journey e novas oportunidades de contacto.
- Gerir campanhas de email marketing.
- Configurar e otimizar automações de marketing.
- Planear, executar e monitorizar campanhas digitais (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Gerir o website e implementar estratégias de SEO e SEM para aumentar o tráfego qualificado.
- Coordenar estratégias de email marketing e campanhas omnichannel.
- Gerir atualizações de branding.
Análise e Relatórios:
- Acompanhar métricas de performance (KPIs) e elaborar relatórios detalhados.
- Reporting e criação de dashboards para acompanhamento dos KPIs.
- Identificar oportunidades de melhoria através de análise de dados e tendências do setor.
Colaboração:
- Coordenar projetos com equipas internas (vendas, IT, etc.) e agências externas.
- Garantir o alinhamento das iniciativas digitais e de CRM com os objetivos da empresa.
