Emagine is currently looking for a Junior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant (Admin/Developer) to join an international project.
The role is hybrid (2 days per week on-site) and based in Porto, Portugal. This position is suitable for a junior technical profile who wants to grow within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CRM platforms, and marketing automation.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide technical and functional support on Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Configure and maintain Journeys, Data Extensions, Automations, and Email templates.
- Support the implementation of automated campaigns and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with technical, CRM, marketing, and IT teams.
- Assist in incident resolution, troubleshooting, and platform support.
- Support documentation of technical and functional solutions.
- Participate in team meetings and alignment sessions with international stakeholders.
Your profile:
- Academic background or initial experience in IT, Information Systems, Engineering, CRM, or Salesforce.
- Hands-on experience or strong foundational knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (projects, internship, training, or junior-level experience).
- Strong interest in technical, cloud-based platforms and automation.
- Basic knowledge of SQL, data models, and CRM concepts.
- Ability to work with technical and functional requirements.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong motivation to learn and grow in an international environment.
- Fluent English (C1 level).
- Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week on-site) in Porto, Portugal.
Nice to have:
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).
- Basic knowledge of AMPscript, SQL, or APIs.
- Salesforce certifications (completed or in progress).
- Previous experience in corporate or international project environments.
- Experience with CRM integrations and data synchronization.

- The position requires a technical / CRM-oriented profile with Salesforce Marketing Cloud exposure.
