Position Overview
We're looking for an AIR & OCEAN FORWARDER for our operations department at PORTO.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Shipment planning (export/import), including documentation
- Preparation, control, and distribution of all required documents to counterparties (shipper, consignee, supplier, etc.)
- Responsible for customer service and shipment status tracking, identifying incidents, and ensuring resolution to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Consolidation of individual shipments and arrangements for prompt pickup/delivery of shipments to and/or from the specified destination
- Preparation of price quotes
- Approval of supplier invoices and shipping documents
- Ensuring compliance with KPIs and targets according to defined KPIs
- Preparation of price quotes
- Implementation of new customers, sales representatives, suppliers, and procedures
Qualifications
- Experience: 2 years in sea/air operations
- Language: Portuguese and proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- Work Model: On-site
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office programs
