We are looking for a Senior Production Engineer (Axway MFT) to support and operate Managed File Transfer platforms in a production environment. You will ensure stability, performance, and secure file exchange services, working closely with infrastructure and application teams in an operations-focused context.

Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and maintain Axway MFT solutions in production environments.
- Provide incident management (L2/L3), troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and problem resolution.
- Manage deployments, configuration, and operational procedures for MFT components.
- Ensure platform availability, reliability, and performance across multiple environments.
- Collaborate with teams to improve operational processes and automation where applicable.
- Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational standards for production support.
- Work with multiple OS environments and handle file transfer/data format constraints.

Requirements:

- Strong hands-on experience with Axway SecureTransport and/or Axway CFT.
- Experience with Axway ecosystem components such as FlowManager and Sentinel (or similar).
- Solid operational experience in AIX & Linux systems; exposure to Windows is a plus.
- Good understanding of file formats/encodings and file structures (ASCII, EBCDIC, UTF-8, etc.).
- Experience in production operations / infrastructure / deployment contexts (Ops/Run).
- French level B2 or higher (mandatory).
