WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
2–5 years of Salesforce experience in configuration and development.
Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
Knowledge of integration patterns and API usage.
Experience with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).
Salesforce Platform Developer I or Consultant certification preferred
Salesforce certifications such as Application Architect, System Architect, or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key competencies:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage tasks independently and collaborate effectively.
Customer-focused approach with attention to quality.
HOW WILL YOUR DAILY JOB BE?
Configure and customize Salesforce across Sales and Service Clouds.
Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
Support integrations with third-party systems using APIs and middleware.
Conduct unit testing and participate in code reviews.
Create technical documentation and contribute to solution design discussions.
Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features.
