If you are a passionate, efficient, and collaborative person, come join this prestigious group; we are looking for Restaurant and Bar Supervisor to join the team at Madeira Region.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the F&B daily operations
Ensure quality scores are achieved.
Format menu's for outlets and implement menu items into POS machines, ensuring smooth cooperation between users and software.
Uphold Pestana standards in the restaurant and banquets while attending to guest needs in the restaurant.
Recruit, train, motivate and coordinate the F&B team
Key Requirements:
Minimum of 2 year experience in a similar role
Fluent in English language
Driven by results
Leadership competencies
Guest and quality oriented
