Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical support and troubleshooting for complex telecommunications services and equipment.
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a premium service experience at every touchpoint.
- Educate customers on the latest telecommunications product offerings and digital infrastructure solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our advanced CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical outages or connectivity issues for our clients.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of telecommunications service delivery standards through feedback and insight.
- Maintain a deep understanding of evolving telecommunications industry trends and service protocols. Requirements
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
- Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
- A passion for telecommunications technology and excellent digital literacy.
- Exceptional communication and active listening skills in a professional business context.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is considered a distinct advantage for these Dutch-speaking jobs. Benefits
