Find out more about Role Overview We are looking for a Salesforce Architect & Lead Developer to join one of our Nearshote Teams working remotely for international clients accross The Netherlands, Germany and other European countries. In this role, you will be responsible for defining the end-to-end solution architecture of a complex digital ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce platforms and enterprise systems including ERP, HR, PIM, identity, logistics, analytics and marketing solutions. What you will do
- Define and govern the end-to-end architecture for a customer portal ecosystem built on Salesforce Experience Cloud and Commerce Cloud;
- Design scalable, API-first integration solutions connecting Salesforce with ERP, HR, PIM, identity, logistics and other enterprise platforms;
- Lead architecture workshops with stakeholders, challenge requirements and translate business needs into pragmatic delivery roadmaps;
- Establish technical standards, best practices and governance processes across development, testing, CI/CD and release management;
- Mentor and coordinate development teams while ensuring solution quality, security, scalability and maintainability. What you are like
- Proficient in designing complex enterprise architectures involving Salesforce and multiple integrated business systems;
- Experienced with API-first, domain-driven design principles and integration contract definition;
- Knowledgeable in Azure integration services and modern cloud-based integration patterns;
- Skilled in authentication and identity management technologies, including SSO, IAM/CIAM, OAuth 2.0 and secure Experience Cloud implementations;
- Strong background across the Salesforce ecosystem, particularly Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce, B2C Commerce and related platform capabilities;
- Familiar with Order Management, Service Cloud, Case Management, CMS, Marketing Cloud and Omnichannel Inventory solutions;
- Strong communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and influence architectural decisions;
- Comfortable leading technical teams and promoting excellence across delivery, quality assurance and operational processes;
- Have good communication skills in English
