Overview

We are looking for a Business Continuity & Operational Security Manager to strengthen Banco Finantia's Systems & Telecommunications Department.

Main Responsibilities

- Operational Guidelines for Security Controls
- Prepare the Systems & Telecommunications Department Manuals and Procedures, ensuring alignment with the defined Information Security Policies and validating their practical implementation.
- Ensure the implementation of security requirements in the department’s projects, in accordance with established standards.
- Participate in technical architecture reviews for new solution implementations, ensuring validation of security configurations.

- Management and Documentation of Security Controls
- Record identified incidents, risks, and deviations, ensuring the preparation and delivery of regular reports.
- Ensure the accurate updating and management of records related to implemented security controls.

- Business Continuity
- Maintain the Business Continuity Plan (BCP), including prevention, response, and recovery strategies.
- Conduct Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan exercises, preparing reports that document results and propose improvements.

Desired profile

- Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
- Certification in Cybersecurity and/or Security Management (preferred).
- 3 to 5 years of professional experience.
- Training in ISO 22301.
- Knowledge of DORA regulation and ISO 27001:2022.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Knowledge of Spanish (preferred).
- Dynamic and proactive attitude.
- Teamwork orientation.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical thinking and critical sense.
