O que é esperado na função:

A reportar ao supervisor da área, o/a selecionado/a ficará responsável pelo desenvolvimento do negócio de soluções de pós-venda, através da identificação e acompanhamento técnico-comercial de clientes e potenciais clientes Daikin.

O/A profissional selecionado/a tratará diariamente dos nossos serviços de aluguer; acompanhará os nossos clientes e serviços prestados não só por e-mail e telefone, mas também no local da obra; lidará com intervenções/substituições urgentes e não urgentes; e com análises e auditorias energéticas de equipamentos.

O(a) nosso candidato(a) ideal:

Esta função exige um elevado know-how técnico, aliado a uma forte orientação comercial e aptidão para negócios. Assim, para o/a nosso/a candidato/a valorizamos os seguintes requisitos:

- Formação Académica em Engenharia Mecânica;
- Experiência prévia em Gestão de Projetos;
- Conhecimento das soluções de pós-venda no mercado de AVAC;
- Experiência em auditoria energética de edifícios e/ou indústria;
- Experiência nos serviços de aluguer de equipamentos e instalação AVAC;
- Forte orientação para o cliente, autonomia e boa capacidade de comunicação;
- Disponibilidade para deslocações em território nacional;
- Bons conhecimentos de Inglês (mínimo B1) e de Informática na ótica do utilizador.
