Your Mission Will Be
- Ensure that projects are delivered on time and according to agreed requirements;
- Develop and maintain clear and effective communication with the client;
- Be able to manage and align expectations, resolve problems and provide solutions when necessary;
- Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress and implement necessary adjustments;
- Support the client and internal parties in defining project strategy, ensuring that business objectives are met effectively;
- Identify risks and problems in projects, develop mitigation strategies and communicate possible challenges proactively. You Will Need
- +5 years of experience as a Project Manager;
- Experience with agile and traditional methodologies;
- Experience in managing multifunctional teams;
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (other languages are a plus);
- CPLP nationality or an EU work permit is required to facilitate employment. Would Be Awesome If You Have
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;
- Experience in payments and/or digital solutions;
- Experience with Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point);
