Descrição

O candidato seleccionado terá as seguintes responsabilidades:

- Estabelecer relações sustentáveis e de compromisso com os principais fornecedores;

- Efetuar comparações de custo/cotação e avaliar fornecedores para assegurar as melhores condições;

- Analisar regularmente os mercados e a evolução dos preços das matérias-primas;

- Negociar com fornecedores, gerir pedidos de orçamentos e contratos;

- Garantir conformidade com os processos e procedimentos internos de aquisição de bens e serviços;

- Analisar e decidir adjudicações de equipamentos, artigos, matérias-primas, produtos e serviços com base no preço, tempo de entrega e qualidade;

- Realizar pesquisas de mercado para identificação de novos fornecedores e introdução de práticas inovadoras;

- Minimizar desperdícios, otimizando recursos e promovendo a eficiência;

- Desenvolver soluções com fornecedores para maximizar qualidade e minimizar custos;

- Monitorizar e acompanhar KPI's definidos com fornecedores, alinhados com os objetivos da empresa.

Perfil ideal

O candidato ideal deverá ter o seguinte perfil:

- Licenciatura em Gestão, Economia, Engenharia, ou similar;

- Experiência de 1 a 3 anos em funções semelhantes, preferencialmente em ambientes industriais;

- Forte capacidade de negociação e gestão de contratos;

- Conhecimento em análise de mercados e pesquisa de fornecedores;

- Proatividade e foco em soluções e resultados;

- Excelente capacidade analítica e atenção ao detalhe;

- Habilidades de comunicação e trabalho em equipa;

- Fluente em Inglês.
