Lisbon 🏠 Work model: Hybrid 🎯 Experience level: Senior — 5+ years We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master with strong experience in Agile methodologies and a solid understanding of low-code/no-code application development environments. You will play a key role in supporting development teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders, ensuring the effective adoption of Agile practices, facilitating collaboration, removing impediments, and promoting continuous improvement across low-code development projects. 🧠 What we value in you:
- At least 5 years of professional experience working in Agile environments.
- Deep practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe principles.
- Strong experience facilitating Agile teams and supporting the effective implementation of Agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders across different levels of Agile maturity.
- Experience designing and delivering Agile training sessions, workshops, and onboarding programmes.
- Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application development lifecycle.
- Familiarity with platforms such as PEGA and Mendix is highly valued.
- Experience working with Agile project management and collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Ability to define and monitor relevant Agile metrics, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Strong experience facilitating ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Ability to identify and proactively remove impediments affecting team delivery.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence people across different levels of the organization.
- Ability to work effectively with multinational and cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced Agile environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
